Why do we not offer fleece rolls in larger widths such as 65 or 100cm?
Our fleeces in a width of 38cm are perfectly suitable for 99% of all back embroideries. Rolls wider than 40cm, on the other hand, cause additional costs due to greater cutting waste and more complex handling with large, heavy rolls. Should the width be too narrow in a particular case, then two rolls can easily be placed next to each other.
For breast embroidery, the rolls are available in 22cm width.
Narrow rolls are therefore easy on your wallet and the environment.
PLEASE NOTICE:
The fleece may be ironed at a maximum of 150°C (level 2). (For steam irons please set the temperature even lower)
We recommend cutting the fleece as close as possible after embroidering and never ironing directly onto the fleece.
It is best to use an intermediate layer when ironing to prevent the fleece from sticking to the iron.
(The indicated values are empirical values. Depending on the fabric to be embroidered there may be variations in ironing temperature, time and pressure. Please test the correct temperature before starting production).
