Our proven thermal film BSF (iron-on embroidery film) "FusyFilm"
Thermal Foil to make patches ironable on textiles
Mounting with electric iron or hot press to the back of embroidered badges.
The durability according to the manufacturer is up to 60 degrees.
Price per running metre, width: 49cm.
Processing instructions:
1. Embroider patches, preferably on SUMa or SUMa-Soft embroidery backing. 2.
2. remove the patch from the embroidery hoop and turn it inside out.
3. preheat the iron or transfer press. Press the thermal foil with the
protective paper facing upwards (so that it does not stick to the
heating plate) at approx. 130 - 150 degrees Celsius for three to five
seconds.
4. peel off the protective paper.
5. Apply a second layer of thermal foil (see point 3); the first layer
is absorbed well by the embroidery base, the second layer then adheres
very well to the textile.
6. peel off the protective paper.
7. cut out the patch with scissors.
8. iron the patch onto the desired area from the front for approx. 3 seconds using an iron or transfer press.
9. turn the textile onto the reverse side and press from the back for
approx. 15 - 20 seconds at approx. 130 - 150 degrees Celsius (ATTENTION:
The contact pressure must not be too high, otherwise the patch will
become saturated with the adhesive layer and will not adhere to the
textile). This causes the adhesive to melt into the fabric and adhere
perfectly.
Roll 100 m x 49 cm. Apply with an iron or hot press to the back of
embroidered patches. Durable up to 60 degrees according to
manufacturer's instructions, wash-resistant.
Note: The above information is for guidance only. The
final result will vary depending on the fabric and working conditions.
Preliminary tests on loose fabric recommended.

PLEASE NOTE:
The fleece may be ironed at a maximum of 150°C (level 2). (For steam irons, please set the temperature lower).
We recommend cutting the stabiliser as short as possible after embroidering and never ironing directly onto the stabiliser. When ironing, it is best to use an intermediate layer so that the stabiliser does not stick to the iron.
(The values given are based on experience. Depending on the fabric to be
embroidered, the ironing temperature, time and pressure may vary.
Please test the correct temperature before starting production).
