The embroidery area is approx. 100mm x 65mm (width x height) inside dimension
The material is stretched perfectly tight all around.
Simple operation due to single lever mechanism.
Sleeves and pockets can also be embroidered thanks to the rotation around the axis of the cap embroidery device.

The Robot-Frame is quick and easy to assemble and very sturdy.The brackets can be adjusted to a maximum width of 205 mm (internal dimension). The retaining brackets are rubberized on the top to prevent damage to the clamped material. The retaining brackets have a depth of 150mm, the contact surface is 90mm.Suitable for Toyota, RiCOMA, Tajima (single-head) embroidery machines.The Robot Frame 2 works in the same way as the previous Robot Man. The Robot Frame can be easily and quickly installed, is made in a stabil way and the width is adjustible from 3,5 - 17,5cm (inside measure).
The holder is gummed and on the companion piece is a groove / noth for an optimal hold of the clamped material.
