Ribbon Hoops

Belt hoop BH-1 and BH-3 The belt hoop offers you a convenient and cost-effective way to refine belts and ribbons with embroidery.   With an embroidery area of 180x70mm (industrial machines) or 220x75mm (EM-1010, Brother PR) you have enough space for individual embroideries.   The belt hoop is available for both industrial and household/hobby machines. Therefore, please select the correct embroidery machine on the right before ordering.

The frame is suitable for belt strap up to 30mm width. The outlet can be reduced to 25 mm (included in scope of delivery). The stitching area is 170mm width.

With this special frame you can easily and comfortably embroider up to 12 ribbon blanks for name labels (format 110x25mm), which are very often found on workwear. Save yourself spray adhesive and other aids! Our multi-tape frame was designed by us for an unproblematic and durable application: 1. you open the frame, 2. load it with up to 12 blanks and 3. close it with the five turning latches. 4. the spring clips automatically hold each blank in position. 5. 5. place the frame in the machine and get started straight away. 6. after the embroidery process the blanks are simply removed. By using two multi-band hoops you can further increase convenience and efficiency, as you can prepare the next hoop in parallel during the embroidery process. Also included is a template file that allows you to easily create matching panels with the required names using Wilcom. Of course, the connecting arms suitable for the machine and assembly and Wilcom instructions are included. To use the multi-blankets hoop on the Ricoma embroidery machine, the large table top is required.  The frame can also be ordered for individual blanket sizes (100 x 20mm or 120 x 30mm etc.) or with 4, 6, 8 and 10 cut-outs.
